When you register as a vendor or exhibitor, you’re not just signing up for a table—you’re stepping into a space designed to celebrate what you offer. Whether you’re sharing products, services or soul-aligned support, you’ll connect with attendees who are actively seeking wellness tools across all dimensions. Here’s what your registration includes:
- One 6-foot or 3-foot table + 2 chairs
- 1 Full Conference Registration (valued at $269)*
- FREE meals on Saturday + Sunday ($60 value—yes, we feed our vendors)
- 16 hours of face-to-face booth time with attendees
- Option to attend our Saturday Night Party at the insider rate
- Company logo + link on our website
- Session listed in our online program
- Shoutouts via social media and/or email promos
*You may share your badge with another booth rep as long as someone’s at your table at all times. Please note: we’re not responsible for any lost or missing items—watch your crystals, friends.

The Fine Print
- Every human at the Wholeness Conference—including vendors and exhibitors—needs an official conference badge to enter sessions and events. (No exceptions; even for the really charming ones.)
- Your vendor application includes one full registration badge. Once your application is approved, we’ll send you an email with everything you need to complete your registration. Expect a response from us within 14 days of submitting your application.
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for trailblazers, vibe-raisers and those boldly repping whole-health living. Whether your work is rooted in plants, spreadsheets, breathwork or community organizing—we want you. You’ll choose which wellness dimensions your work fits into (yes, you can pick more than one):
