Free Badge, Please

How about a little work in exchange for an all-access badge? This isn’t your average volunteer gig. When you join the Work for Perks volunteer team, you’re trading your time and talents for a full pass to the full Wholeness Conference experience. That means while you’re helping things run smoothly—checking in guests, giving speakers a hand, keeping rooms comfy—you’re also soaking up sessions, snagging vendor giveaways, eating well and dancing it out at the Saturday Night Party. (Yep, it’s a whole backstage access vibe.)

You’ll be a key part of what makes the magic happen: creating a welcoming, smooth and energizing experience for every attendee.

The Fine Print

Work for Perks requires a commitment of 12–16 hours throughout the weekend. You might be placed in areas like:

  • Attendee check-in
  • Room monitoring (aka letting folks know when a session is full)
  • Speaker support
  • Tech help
  • Vendor/exhibitor support
  • General clean-up & vibe maintenance

Some team members may be asked to arrive early for setup or stay a little after the event to help with takedown. Don’t worry—we’ll keep it chill and well-organized.
