Our aim is to create a balanced, meaningful approach to wholeness that honors each person’s unique, individual journey.
Officially, the eight dimensions of wellness are (in alphabetical order): emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual.
But that’s a lot to remember. So we created a handy acronym to remember the eight dimensions of wellness that need to work together to achieve wholeness: EMPOWERS. (E-motions, M-ental health, P-hysical body, O-ccupation or job, W-ealth (or lack thereof), E-nvironment, R-elationships, S-pirituality.) Learn more about what to expect from each area below.
