| Regulated & Resilient: Rethinking Resilience for Real Life | ![]() |
| Saturday Session 1 [10:15am] | Purple Room 249 |

We hear a lot about resilience—but what does it really mean? You’ll learn how chronic stress affects your body, how to recognize common signs of dysregulation (like fight, flight, freeze or fawn), and how to shift toward a more grounded, balanced way of being.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore how nervous system regulation is the foundation of true resilience. You’ll learn how chronic stress affects your body, how to recognize common signs of dysregulation (like fight, flight, freeze or fawn), and how to shift toward a more grounded, balanced way of being.
Through real-life stories, simple body-based tools, and practical strategies, you’ll begin to reimagine resilience not as personal grit—but as a daily practice of caring for your wellbeing in sustainable, compassionate ways.
