When we’re disconnected from our bodies, we often lose access to our intuition, clarity, and truth. Aligned in You is a trauma-informed, nervous system-aware experience that gently brings you back to your body – the place where true alignment lives.

This workshop is rooted in the ALIGN Method—a transformative framework that guides you through phases of awakening awareness, releasing old patterns, reconnecting through inner healing, and anchoring into sustainable well-being. We will use somatic coaching, embodiment, and guided journaling to create a grounded, nurturing space for exploration and integration. You’ll be supported in reconnecting with your felt sense, releasing internalized tension, and uncovering what your body has been holding—emotionally, energetically, and somatically.

You’ll be guided through:
⟡ Somatic grounding and embodiment practices to settle the nervous system and cultivate presence
⟡ Body-based coaching prompts that invite emotional insight and intuitive clarity
⟡ Reflective journaling to give language to your experience and support integration
⟡ Optional sharing and resourcing in a safe, supportive circle

This is a space for slowing down, for listening inward, and for honoring what your body already knows. You’ll leave feeling more resourced, connected, and aligned – not just in mind, but in your whole being.

Session Structure:

  • Opening & Somatic Grounding (10 min): Nervous system settling, embodiment, and intention-setting.
  • Guided Coaching & Journaling (35 min): Reflective prompts, body-based inquiry, and inner exploration.
  • Integration & Closing (15 min): Optional sharing, resourcing practices, and anchoring embodied insight.

What to Bring:
Please bring a journal and pen, as well as anything that supports your physical comfort (yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask). Embodied safety and emotional regulation are central to this session. Chairs will be available for those who prefer seated support.

Sonya is a certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Alignment Coach with a trauma-informed, holistic approach. She guides individuals through practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deeper self-connection. Her work creates safe, grounding spaces for transformation through the wisdom of the body.
