The current challenges and disruptions we are experiencing can lead to exhaustion, fatigue and apathy both professionally and personally.

Often the experience is dismissed and pushed through leaving us vulnerable to burnout and showing up in ways that sabotage the connections we need, especially during challenges.

This interactive experience focuses on three components to build and restore resilience. Each component focus includes exploring why the component matters, guided group discussion on experiences, and practical tools that can be experimented with and implemented in conversations [with others and ourselves] every single day.

GLIMPSE AT THE INTERACTIVE OBJECTIVES:

  • Explore a resilience building framework to process challenges; collectively and individually.
  • Emerge awareness of behaviors and habits that sabotage resilience as well as resources [known and not yet discovered] to build resilience.
  • Engage in experimenting with tools that offer practical strategies and next steps that build resilience for self and those we influence at work, home, and in the communities we live in.
