Saturday Session 3 [2:30pm]Oak Room E
JorrieJohnson

Research has proven that exercise releases positive hormones and makes us happier.

The more you know about how your body and brain work, the more you will be convinced that any kind of exercise, including stretching, boosts energy levels and creativity.

Jorrie will share how exercise has helped her manage stress and anxiety and made her a happier, healthier, and more productive person. Participants will leave the session with a plan for improving their own physical and mental health through exercise.

If time allows, Jorrie will lead a light yoga exercise.
