| Your Healthy Echo-System: Sustainable Leadership for an Evolving World | ![]() |
| Sunday Session 6 [1:30pm] | Oak Room E |

It is time to witness the echoes that have created our life experience: these include beliefs, family dynamics, trauma patterns, and much more that may have caused ‘survival’ thinking.
In order to change the echo, we first have to recognize it exists. Your echoes and emotions are nothing to be afraid of, as they carry unique intelligence. Uncovering this can support generational healing, as well as release grief and heartbreak.
Healing is an inside job and you can create a new healthy echo system and reality. You will discover three secrets to unlocking the patterns…and you will discover it is much easier than we’ve been led to believe.
You will learn tools for nervous system regulation and self healing practices, especially if you are highly sensitive, an empath, have late diagnosed ADHD, are struggling with your health, or are going through menopause.
You will be guided in a short experience of SOMA-IQ somatic release breathwork, to discover the power within your breath, the importance of feeling into your body, and uncover the emotions that are under the surface.
