This presentation focuses on a combination of Sacred Soul Alignment, Sacred Light Technologies, Sacred Soul Symbols, and Energy Allergy Healing.

In this immersive session, Crystal Lilya—sound healing practitioner, Reiki Master, and holistic wellness guide—invites participants to experience the restorative, powerful modalities. With a Bachelor’s in music-voice and psychology, 10+ years in the music industry, and over 20 years in mental health and healthcare, Crystal offers a unique blend of science, spirit, and personal insight.

The session includes an overview of these powerful modalities—how they work, how they support energetic alignment and emotional well-being—and conclude with a guided group session where participants can directly experience some of these energies. This format offers both education and experiential healing. It’s also a great way to introduce attendees to lesser-known but deeply transformative modalities that aren’t yet mainstream.

Her journey into healing began after surviving a life-altering health crisis, which led her to explore the connection between energy, frequency, and wellness. Crystal will briefly share her story and provide an introduction powerful tools for mental, emotional, and physical health.

Participants will learn how frequencies influence brainwaves, regulate the nervous system, and help reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue—issues particularly relevant to students and professionals today.

This session is open to all. No prior meditation experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore new pathways to wellness and self-connection.

Crystal Lilya holds a BA in music-voice and psychology, with 10+ years in the music industry and 20+ in mental health and healthcare. A near-death experience ignited her path of self-healing, guiding her to advanced training in sound and energy healing. Certified in multi-instrument sound therapy, Reiki, Sacred Soul Alignment, and more, she blends intuitive tools, frequency, and deep energy work. Crystal helps others release what no longer serves and return to harmony and balance.

A lifelong seeker of truth, wisdom, and self-awareness, Crystal Lilya has walked a soul-led path since adolescence. Guided by a deep love for music, nature, travel, learning, and creativity, she found early expression through voice. While studying music-voice and psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Crystal performed for three years with the West African Highlife Ensemble, later deepening her exploration of drumming, dance, and culture while studying abroad.

Following graduation, her journey unfolded through dual careers—spanning 10 years in the music industry and over 20 years in mental health and healthcare. But everything shifted in November 2016, when a near-death health crisis brought her to a profound awakening. What began as the darkest night of the soul became the catalyst for a deeply personal and intuitive healing journey—one that realigned her with purpose, spirit, and vitality.

Crystal rebuilt her life from the inside out, surrendering daily to the guidance of intuition, embodying a lifestyle devoted to well-being, energy medicine, and spiritual growth. A pivotal Shamanic journey in Sedona clarified her calling: to serve others through sound and energy healing.

Beginning formal training with the Academy of Sound Healing in 2020, she graduated in 2023 and has since expanded her studies into powerful energetic modalities, including Reiki, Advanced Sacred Soul Alignment, Light Language, Advanced Crystal Healing, Compassion Key, and more. She continues to deepen her practice by using herself as a living case study—and in over four years without medication, she has experienced no recurrence of her prior health crisis.

Today, Crystal blends sacred sound, frequency, and intuitive energy work in each session to support release, restoration, and reconnection. Her passion lies in helping others reclaim their own sense of balance and flow.
